TBCON 2005 Resources
We had a great time at TBCON 2005. About 90 ToolBook and .NET developers
traveled to Colorado Springs from July 30 - August 3 to enhance their skills,
meet other developers, and have fun. In the words of one attendee, "This was my
fourth conference and I believe it was the best -- I really feel that I picked
up some great tips and ideas from all of the sessions and pre-sessions."
Here are a few highlights:
SumTotal Systems ToolBook Design Awards
Congratulations to Michael Hersh of USASMDC the Best ToolBook Online Training.
A big pat on the back also goes to the Verizon team of Tom Hall, Lee Karns, and
Peter Hoyt for winning the best ToolBook Productivity Tool for "The
Verizon CIS Rapid Development Suite." Both teams won Apple iPod Minis.
Thank you to SumTotal Systems for sponsoring this contest. Charley Delaney and
Michael Ormes did their usual superb job of judging all the outstanding
entries!
Platte Canyon VBTrain.Net Design Awards
Congratulations to Mauro Rech, Bob Culver, Steve Stacy, Marvin McFarland,
Shannon Taylor, and Kim Halat for their award-winning entries.

site for more information.
Hack-Ack
Bill Hurley regained his crown with a game show created in ToolBook. Mike Cline
created the first Windows Forms .NET hack ack. Mauro Rech also had a very
strong entry. Chris Bell wowed the crowd with his juggling and comic skills in
a demonstration entry. Great job everyone!
